Returns and Exchanges

At KIVVI, we're committed to ensuring your utmost satisfaction with our footwear. If you encounter a size issue, we're here to assist with hassle-free exchanges. Please adhere to the following guidelines:

  1. Exchange for Size Issue: If the pair you ordered doesn't fit as expected, we're more than happy to exchange it for a different size. The exchanged footwear must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.Please note that the exchange will be for the same style you initially ordered, in the new size you require. We are unable to exchange for a different style.Please note, exchanges are not possible for sizes smaller than US 5 or larger than US 11.                                                                                   
  2. All discounted items are final sale. These items are not eligible for exchange or returns.
  3. Timely Exchange: To initiate an exchange, please reach out to us at kivvionline@gmail.com within seven days of receiving the order.
  4. Exchange Process: Once we receive the returned pair and verify its condition, we'll promptly dispatch the new size to you. Rest assured, our aim is to make the process as smooth and efficient as possible.
  5. Returns Policy: We don't offer RETURNS. We only offer EXCHANGES in case of size issues. Our main goal is to provide you with shoes that bring joy and comfort. Your satisfaction is our top priority
  6. Damage Claims Process: For situations beyond size issues, such as damage, we're here to help! To process such claims, we kindly request that you provide us with an unboxing video of the package as you open it. Your convenience is our priority, and in these cases, we'll manage the entire exchange process, including covering the costs associated with returning the footwear. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us!
