  1. Exchange for Size Issue: If the pair you ordered doesn't fit as expected, we're more than happy to exchange it for a different size. The exchanged footwear must be unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging.Please note that the exchange will be for the same style you initially ordered, in the new size you require. We are unable to exchange for a different style.

To process such claims, we kindly request that you provide us with an unboxing video of the package as you open it.
